Education Co-Ordinator
FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Expressions of interest are invited for the post of Education Co-Ordinator on a part-time basis under a fixed term contract from March 2020 to Feb 2022
The successful applicant will be based in KRSAC in Tralee but may be scheduled to work at different times in other locations in Kerry. Normal working hours are between 9am and 5pm, Mon – Friday. They will report to the Centre Manager .

The Opportunity:
The role is a key managerial position within KRSAC and will direct the formation and delivery of awareness programmes for statutory & voluntary agencies and young people in educational settings. The candidate will have a breath of experience in learning and education and be able to demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, teamwork and management abilities.
Demonstrated experience of developing & delivery of awareness programmes and competency in, the direct delivery of programmes to Schools/Youth settings & community/statutory agencies is required.
A training qualification is essential and previous training in sexual violence would be a distinct advantage.
Salary scale: €40,619 – €59,053 (Pro rata for part-time staff)
It is anticipated that new entrants to the KRSAC will be appointed on the 1st point of the scale. Incremental credit, should it be awarded, will be based on previous relevant experience as set out on the application form.
The salary scale is based on the equivalent of a Professional Qualified Social Worker post in Tusla
